Ralph Cunha is the Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer of Indiana Fiber Network, LLC (IFN). He has a strong background in finance, operations, accounting, regulatory & government affairs, and business strategy.
Ralph has worked in the telecommunications industry for a number of years serving in many different capacities, including President and Board Member of the Indiana Exchange Carrier Association, and President/Chief Executive Officer of Endeavor Communications, the largest rural local exchange carrier (RLEC) cooperative in the state of Indiana. Ralph previously served Endeavor in the roles of Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer and Controller. At Endeavor, Ralph was part of a team that planned, engineered, constructed, and installed more than 2,000 miles of fiber across 9 telecommunications exchanges and parts of 8 counties in Indiana bringing state-of-the-art fiber to the premise (FTTP) technology to all residents and businesses. Ralph began his industry career at KLP, a certified public accounting firm in Indianapolis specializing in the telecommunications industry, performing audits, taxes, and business consulting engagements.
Ralph is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Indiana CPA Society. He received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis and Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Plymouth State University.
Ralph has served on many boards and committees including the Indiana Fiber Network, LLC, Indiana Video Network, LLC, Indiana Broadband & Technology Association, Indiana TelPAC, NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association Government Affairs Committee, NTCA Rural Broadband PAC, Morgan County Economic Development Corporation, and 100+ Men of Putnam County. He served as Treasurer of the Indiana Exchange Carrier Association and President of the Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center, Inc.
